Review the top 5 games Wii Fitness - really burns fat!

With the advent of the Nintendo Wii Fitness line of games, player, Couch Potato, after all, many more actively, without realizing it.

But it is possible that someone who is seriously looking for a power packed, high cardio, aerobics and type of training that is adapted really benefit from the Wii?

To be the first series of games, the Nintendo Wii Fitness freak was honestly just give the worms a serious workout routine, and that was it. For beginners Fine for those who are starting a regiment of exercise is good, but it requires for the fitness enthusiasts, it is disappointing.

So the Nintendo Wii Fitness developers came up with the perfect solution and answer to the fitness progress of users. In recent months, Wii Fit Training developed a series of games that users with a more intense cardio and strength training. Here is a brief summary of the first five, beginning with the less intensive training.

5)> Wii Fit Bundle

The Wii Fit bundle package was the first series of games published in 2008, and as the name suggests, was a group of console games bundled with the purchase of Wii fitness games. Depending on what the package you want that the system with the same ', control and balance board games. The games were the form of yoga, Pilates, tennis, boxing, balance games, skiing and boarding, ice and other low-impact, rather than training gameActivities.

These games are great for fun, but do not burn calories for a real workout. So I would give this 1 out of 5 4 out of 5 for training and for fun. Overall, 5 of 10

4) Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009

Most people today should know who Jillian Michaels, you know his name, but if you have never seen the series Biggest Loser reality TV, this is the sergeant / personal trainer / motivational coach and the star of the show (personalConclusions).

Based on the intensity of the characters of the Biggest Loser, the game was disappointing and rather boring, the only reason I am superior to the game Wii Fit is because the training is intense and you could really burn calories with this.

This game uses the Balance Board, the controller and the nunchuck for a good workout that has 4 types of training, strength training, cardio, weight loss, extends. The game allows you to track your progress andSave your stats.

I noticed that the response time controller was annoyingly late and some of the instructions were not clear so it's time to move my character is always on the screen or to replicate my movement was difficult. I think there are a couple of bugs in the software codes for this game that were not processed prior to publication.

Some of the games are games in some way look like the Wii Fit has been repackaged, the only reason the game as it would be JillianSay "Give It All You Got," which was getting annoying after a while ', that motivating.

I liked the back ground music workout, inspiring and was able to choose from a variety of musical styles. The squat exercise training was great and make you sweat.

This game is defiantly burn calories, but I think you're bored with this game as soon as possible.

I give the Wii Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2009 game 3 out of 5 for training and 2of 5 for fun. Overall, 5 of 10

3) gold's Gym Cardio Workout

Ok, this is the first fitness game for the Wii called to focus more on cardio training, simulated training to get in a gym.

With this game you get a real workout. The game uses motion controls of the Wii Balance Board.

The highlight of this game is the taebo as boxing workout routine. This game looks on the principle of getting to the point moremore accurate than the previous game. The sit-ups and jumping rope will give you a great workout. The gold's Gym Training Cardi game thinks that the record of caloric intake and fitness progress and will automatically increase the difficulty and intensity to suit your workout.

Thus, the general reaction is that more and offer non-stop action for a great workout, the points system is the main reason so I have 3 ½ to give the Wii gold's Gym Cardio Workout for Game 5Training and 3 of 5 for fun. A total of 6 2.1 out of 10.

2) My Fitness Coach

One of my favorite games, with over 500 training activities to choose from, you will not soon get bored. This game is very fun and packs a hell of a workout!

The game first ask a series of detailed questions to help you achieve the departure based on the level of fitness.

The game unfolds through a series of worm routine for flexibility, strength training, cardio, exercise and other sports. The game allows you, your period of training and the dates you want to call a training session. This is an overview of the calendar and remind you of your workout days.

You can choose your own training environment and background music, almost forming.

My Fitness CoachTheir progress with awesome graphics and charts and recommend areas of the plot, the work to achieve your goal. Fully customizable to your individual needs.

No Balance Board is required to play this game, and do not see why people move around a lot and the Balance Board would just get in your way.

Training can also cardio, upper and lower body workout, Abs, Yoga and flexibility. I also like the fact that the game can be any small equipment, so it is likely thatto monitor as a platform step, fitness ball, hand and ankle and a heart. Finally, they started with training devices, stored in the closet!

Your virtual trainer Maya is an encouragement, calming coach quickly to your needs.

You will be asked from time to time during the exercise routine, how you feel. The choices are No Sweat, I was working hard and I could not keep up. On the basis of selection will be to your question, have established a training programmatch your answer is so cool.

I have to give 10 4 Wii My Fitness Coach for the formation of 4 and 5 of 5 for fun, for a total of eight.

1) Wii Wii sports

My top choice! It seems that every time Nintendo Wii Fitness is a new game, is better than the previous one. Just released in March 2009, this game is hot!
